Yourpathnumbers offers an online numerology service based on the Decision-Making Numerology:

You can create a free account to save your analyses. Login is done via magic link sent to your email address, without a password.
Our prices are clearly displayed before any purchase. The Essential report is offered at €39 (or equivalent in your currency).
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never have access to your complete banking information.
We accept payments in EUR, CAD and USD.
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT for European Union residents and exclusive of taxes for other regions.
All site content (texts, graphics, logos, images, calculation method, generated reports) is the exclusive property of Yourpathnumbers Inc. or its licensors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yourpathnumbers Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid for our services in the past 12 months.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or relevance of the numerological interpretations provided.

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our reports, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated.

For any refund request, contact us at contact@yourpathnumbers.com with your order number.
If you reside in the European Union, you have 14 days from the start of a subscription to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). At checkout you expressly request that the service starts immediately: this does not deprive you of that right.
If you withdraw within the 14-day period, we refund all payments made for the subscription in full, using the same means of payment, at no cost to you.
To exercise this right: use the withdrawal button in your account settings (immediate effect and refund), or send us the form below (or any other unambiguous statement) before the period expires.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us by email. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms, without notice and without refund.
We may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email or by a visible notice on the site.
Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Before any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

Your personalized report is generated by an automated system that analyzes your numerological data.
Only your first name and birth date are used to generate your analysis. No other personal information is shared with third-party services.
Data retention: Generated reports are retained for 30 days maximum and can be deleted upon request via your account settings or by contacting us.
Your personal data is never used for machine learning purposes. Your request is processed in real-time without permanent storage of your information.
