By accessing the yourpathnumbers.com website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page.
2Service Description
Yourpathnumbers offers an online numerology service based on the Tree of Life method:
- •Personalized numerological calculation based on your name and birth date
- •Generation of a detailed report analyzing your key numbers
- •Access to a personal space to view your analyses
- •Option to purchase a premium report with in-depth interpretations
Important: Numerology is a personal and spiritual development practice. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. The interpretations provided are for informational and personal reflection purposes only.
3User Account
Account creation
You can create a free account to save your analyses. Login is done via magic link sent to your email address, without a password.
Your responsibilities
- •Provide accurate information when registering
- •Maintain the confidentiality of your email access
- •Notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- •Do not share your account with third parties
4Payment and Pricing
Our prices are clearly displayed before any purchase. The premium report is offered at €19 (or equivalent in your currency).
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never have access to your complete banking information.
We accept payments in EUR, CAD and USD.
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT for European Union residents and exclusive of taxes for other regions.
5Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, graphics, logos, images, calculation method, generated reports) is the exclusive property of Yourpathnumbers Inc. or its licensors.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal use only.
It is prohibited to:
- Reproduce, copy or redistribute content without authorization
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Circumvent technical protection measures
6Acceptable Use
By using our services, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
- Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the site
- Not use robots, scrapers or other automated tools
- Not impersonate another person
- Not submit false information
- Respect intellectual property rights
7Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yourpathnumbers Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid for our services in the past 12 months.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or relevance of the numerological interpretations provided.
8Warranty and Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- •The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- •The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- •The service will meet your specific expectations
9Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our reports, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated.
Exceptions:
- Technical error preventing access to the purchased report
- Report not delivered within 24 hours of payment
- Billing error
For any refund request, contact us at contact@yourpathnumbers.com with your order number.
10Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us by email. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms, without notice and without refund.
11Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email or by a visible notice on the site.
Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Before any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
